Selected from only the finest barriques of our Derwent Valley (‘Glenora’) and Coal River Valley (White Kangaroo’) Pinot Noirs – our reserve wine spends an additional 6 months on lees in fine French oak barriques to gain further complexity and structure.The wine displays abundant dark cherry, raspberry, wheatgerm flavours with subtle spice oak. It’s full-bodied, tight, distinctly ‘minerally’ in feel, with its cool acidity and graphite tannin that Tasmania is famous for. This wine has abundant capacity to age in any fine cellar.
